In 1999, Brendon was appointed the Irish 'Pedigree Herdbook IT Consultant for Ireland' to the 'National Cattle Breeding Database' Project and a team member responsible for the Integration to the 'National Livestock Identification, Registration, Movements and Traceability' System.
